Been smithing since 1980, been in the SCA since 1978. With no power to my shop and taking the forge to events I end up doing a lot of stuff "un-plugged" I am also interested in "how" the early smiths worked and try to replicate early ironware as closely as I can in materials and techniques for certain projects, then may be working Ti on a triphammer for other projects. Bibliophile, scrounger, believer that you can do good smithing on a low low budget.
